Delivery Terms

Due to the nature and variety of our stock list we try to deliver all orders using our own vans. This allows us to ensure your goods arrive on time and undamaged. We provide a number of weekly scheduled deliveries from our central base in Birmingham.

In the areas marked either grey or dark orange we may need to use a courier service. In this case there are restrictions on some items, such as car batteries or large containers, preventing us from shipping.

Orders placed before 3pm

In order to meet next day delivery on your scheduled delivery day, please place you order before 3pm the day before. We cannot guarantee the delivery of any orders placed after this time.
